  • Program Coordination: Oversee and coordinate field activities promoting key initiatives like the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Lifeline program. Ensure these programs reach eligible community members effectively.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members to inform and educate them about the availability of free ipad with medicaid, Wi-Fi devices, and internet services. Clarify eligibility requirements and process details to ensure accessibility and comprehension.
  • Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with our partners including Standup Wireless, TruConnect, Assurance Wireless, Panda Wireless, SafetyNet, and AT&T. Your role will be crucial in facilitating smooth distribution of devices and services through these collaborations.

Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role is essential for assisting recipients with their free iPads, troubleshooting any hardware or software issues, guiding users on optimal device usage, and providing support for Wi-Fi and internet services.

Seeking skilled technicians to diagnose and repair devices, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for enhancing community engagement, fostering relationships, and promoting program benefits locally.
